Part II Reading

1. Read for understanding.
(Zhang Tao is learning English. He has some difficulties with it. He is

asking Li Han for some advice. )

To learn English well, first, start with small steps to
reach higher goals. For example, try to learn ten new NOTES

English words every day.
Then, try different ways to learn English, such as

listening to English songs, using English learning apps,

watching English movies, etc.
Next, spend more time learning English every day. You

will learn a lot day by day.

Finally, remember that
“Practice makes perfect”. If

you want to be good at it,

use it a lot. Practise! Practise!
Practise!
