It is important to live a healthy lifestyle. How can you
stay healthy and be a normal student at the same time?

Eat well
Food comes first. Always have a
balanced meal, including fruit, vegetables,
meat, fish, eggs and milk. Do not eat
too much fried or fatty food. Too much fast food will do
harm to your health.
Drink plenty of water
We cannot live without water.
Our body is mainly made up of water.
However, don’t drink too much soft drink like Coke or
sweet milk tea.
Get enough sleep
Always have a regular schedule. Get
up and go to bed at a proper time. Sleep
helps to rest your brain and body, and
can protect your health.
Keep fit
Do exercise! Do various sports such
