Drinking Hot Water

After waking up in the morning, a cup of hot water may help you

start off the day. It is believed that drinking hot water is good for your
stomach and your whole body. However, drinking hot water may not be

common in the West.
Most westerners prefer to drink hot water only when

they’re having drinks like tea or coffee. They find it strange

when Chinese people drink hot water. Waiters in the West
would always bring you a glass of cold water,

sometimes with ice,

before your meal.
